The Best Diet for Your Health

A plant-based diet.

Listen to the experts by watching The Game Changers on Netflix. Even Arnold Schwarzenegger has realized the importance of not eating meat or dairy.

As with many things that have gone wrong in our society, the truth is clear when you look at the results of athletes and their performance while eating a plant-based diet.

I know that may be a hard pill to swallow; however, you’ll be swallowing lots of pills if you do not give your body the proper fuel it needs to be strong and healthy.

It can take some time to adjust mentally to not eating meat or dairy; but there are scientific reasons for doing so. The good news is that you can get plant-based meat in many forms. The truth is that you can’t really tell the difference; except for the increased energy you’ll have and the many other health benefits.

There are lots reasons that a plant-based diet actually works. For example, a plant-based diet will:

  • Increase energy
  • Improve blood circulation
  • Reduce cholesterol
  • Reduce blood pressure
  • Improve sexual function
  • Improve healthy microbiome
  • Reduce plaque in your veins and arteries
  • Help you perform consistently
  • Decrease inflammation (lessen pain)
  • Decrease cortisol levels
  • Recover from injury faster and stronger

The American way of life is atrocious because the media plays a huge role in misleading the public. The strongest man alive, as seen in the documentary, is vegan.

The problem with eating animal protein is that it actually causes inflammation and clogs the arteries leading to cardiovascular diseases and cancer. The body can easily absorb proteins from plants; whereas the protein from animals literally changes your genes. It takes more effort and adaptation to digest animal protein. Guess where animal protein comes from. Plants.

Avoiding ill health is easier than dealing with the complications of eating the wrong foods. And to you young people who think it won’t affect you, I have five children and I did not teach them to eat healthy because I didn’t know how to myself. How easy will it be for me to convince my own children to be proactive and to stop following the masses?

The obesity pandemic in the United States is a serious public health issue that has been growing for decades. In 1971, only 15% of adults in the United States were obese. By 2018, that number had more than doubled to 39.8%. This trend is even more pronounced among children, with 19.3% of children and adolescents now considered obese.

Is that the American Dream? No. You need to take action and encourage others as well. I didn’t even get into how the agricultural complex is literally drying up our planet due to how much water is being used to raise animals for food or what it’s doing to the land masses. The time for change is now.
