Ayla Love is a humanitarian who guides others toward reaching self-actualization. Self-actualization means to live authentically, love yourself healthily, and to manifest what you want in your life!
She earned her Business Specialist Certificate from the Minnesota School of Business and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University. She is the author and publisher of her own books, is the sole creator of her courses, builds her own websites, and more!
Over the past 30 years, Ayla has coached others in every area of life. Her expertise is in self-healing modalities, including: grief counseling, mental health, emotional intelligence and regulation, behavioral skills, physical healing, self-care, self-actualization, and more! Ayla is passionate about making the world a better place by sharing her life experience with people to inspire them.
To start, Ayla began writing and publishing books while raising her five children. She wrote her first book called Asleep Upon my Pillow of Dreams (2002), a compilation of 15 years of her poetry. Then, during her internship at Metro State, she created her second book called Personality Workbook (2010). Meanwhile, she also designed a very impressive self-actualizing tool for herself called Core Self-Inventory to help her heal from traumas she experienced. Over time, she steadily progressed beyond her imagination toward her goals, thus reaching self-actualization.
After a few years, Ayla wrote her autobiography called My Eternal Future (2015) which also assisted her to heal from her past traumas. Later in 2015, she set out in her van on a 10,000-mile self-healing, amazing, and spiritually enlightening solo journey across the United States. She plans to write a book about that journey in the future.
Within a year after this 10,000-mile journey, Ayla moved 1300 miles away from Minnesota to a warmer climate with $3000, 3 teenagers, and the determination to make her dreams a reality! And she did! Soon after her family’s arrival, she started a business called, Panhandle Movers, Inc. which provided her the means to live frugally while creating products to help others transform themselves in every way.
Ayla created the course website Exiting the Matrix Whole Mind, Body, and Spirit Enrichment Course (2018-19), which was available for free to the public until 2023. She published the Exiting the Matrix Whole Mind, Body, & Spirit Enrichment Course. In 2024, she revamped the course and changed the name to Exiting the Matrix Empowered Living Mastery Course. This coursework includes extensive additions and is combined with the Personality Workbook in a 365-page comprehensive paperback book.
Ayla created the Making Your Dreams a Reality 30-Day Challenge (2020 – Under Construction) that teaches you how to self-heal from trauma, be in alignment with your True Self, and make your dreams a reality by following specific steps of the Law of Attraction! Then she designed a 222-page planner to accompany the Making Dreams a Reality 30-Day Challenge (2021 – Under Construction).
In 2023, Ayla was invited to work with female inmates in her local correctional facility using the Exiting the Matrix coursework. So, early in 2024, after updating the the book, she designed a complete reintegration program which includes: a Comprehensive Needs Assessment and Individual Reentry Plan Workbook, Student Notes Workbook, and complete program evaluation forms. After presenting her program to the correctional facility, the program coordinators decided to go with another company with over 150 years of leadership and development.
As of September 2024, Ayla is in Minnesota spending time with her family while planning her next big move to the Tampa, Florida area. Here she will design a Women’s Circle for women to get support, inspiration, and a holistic, whole-person education. Meanwhile, her focus will also be on making, editing, and sharing videos that will inspire people to become truly empowered to heal and live their best life! You will find Ayla on Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook and she is exploring other options to market what she has to offer.
